Addy and Daddy had a blast at her school's Daddy/Daughter Dance in the school gym. I fixed her hair and took pictures and they were off. Addy and Daddy danced, took pictures, and ate cake and punch. She didn't want Daddy to help her carry her cake (stubborn like her mom) so she dropped 2 pieces of cake on the floor trying to make it to her seat to eat it. When she got home she was exhausted and crashed out. Brycen and Mommy went to the ice cream shop and ate ice cream. It was nice having Brycen by himself. He was cracking me up. We all had a great night!

I was amazed tonight at my little Addy. I asked if she wanted to help me make dinner. (She loves to help me make cakes and cookies. ) She ran and got her little chair and pushed it up to the island right away. I cut all the ingredients and off she went. I placed the english muffins on the pans and she took the sauce and carefully spread it on each english muffin. then I would tell her what to add to each pizza. We made one with pineapples and canadian bacon, one with bell peppers, black olives, mushrooms, and canadian bacon, and more in between. We had a little mess afterward but was amazed how focused she was on making the pizza. I was so proud of my little girl. Then she called Paul on his way home from work and said " Dinner is ready baby" it was hilarious as if I was telling him that. She is a hoot! Addyson, Daddy and I ate it all up. Brycen didn't want anything to do with it.
This weekend while we were in Abilene I was in search for a fancy dress for Addy to wear Friday to a Daddy Daughter Dance at her school. After looking all over I went to Beall's and found this fancy dress for $8.69. I was pumped, it is flowing and perfect for the occasion. In Abilene we just took it easy with Nana and Peeps. We saw Mimi and Papa as well. Mom and I took the kids to the circus. The kids had fun even though it was a crappy circus. I left my camera at home and was mad that I didn't get pics of the circus. (didn't miss much though) The only pictures I took all weekend was the kids in the bath. Trying to get better at taking pictures. I think I am a lot better since I have been blogging. The last 2 pics are canvas's I made one for Liz and the other for Addyson. Addyson's I am going to put bright pink and green feathers around the sides of it. (to make it even wilder) Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend as we did!

On Valentine's day Paul was so sweet. He cooked breakfast for not only all of us but had my parents and sister's family over as well. He made sweet potato pecan pancakes and bacon that was really good. He sent me tulips to school on Thursday and got us all a card. I got him a shirt, card, and a gigantic candy bar. My parents were in for Caden's sixth birthday. Which we had a family dinner at Chuckie Cheese. His birthday party was on Sunday at ASI Gymnastics. The kids had a blast there.
Here is another masterpiece I made with my friend Liz. It is a lot like the first one but bigger and a few different style of papers. I gave Brycen big boy panties (that is what Addy calls them) and the first thing he did was put one pair on and another pair on his head. Silly boy! Here is a few more pics of the two before a birthday party at Chuckie Cheese. We have been to Chuckie Cheese 3 times in the last 2 weeks. (for birthday parties) We are Chuckied out.....the kids aren't though. Yesterday after church I said, what do you want for lunch and both said "Chuckie Cheese".
Here are a few pictures we have taken of our silly little ones. Addyson and Brycen are playing around. Brycen loves eating strawberries. Addyson before she left for school one day. Then a precious picture of them sleeping.

This weekend my sister taught me how to be crafty. (right) I was pretty proud of myself! We Mod Podge a canvas!
There is Addy being silly and Brycen's feet wearing Addy's ballet slippers with his outfit. (I wanted a full length picture but this was all I could get. He runs from camera's right now. )
Daddy played in a disc golf tournament and got 3rd. Way to go, Honey!
